Corn Casserole

This is a great recipe for dinner, or bringing as a covered dish! It's soooooooo easy to make!

You will need:

1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 can creamed corn
8 oz package corn muffin mix (I use Jiffy)
1 c. soup cream
1/2 c. or 1 stick melted butter
1-1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese.

Directions:

Mix all but cheese. Make sure you mix well.
Pour into a 13x9 inch baking pan. Spray pay well with non-stick spray
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
Add cheese to top of casserole and bake until melted.

Tip:
This comes out thin, if you want it thicker you can double the recipe or use a smaller pan. I like mine thinner, but to each their own :)
